Placing orders and paying online
The online shopping service allows you to easily find and purchase the specific products you need. When you place an order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working for you to ensure a fast delivery. Our online shopping service accepts credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The adequate tax rate will be applied to your order according to the province to which it will be shipped. The prices of products displayed on the site are prices before taxes. However, when checking out, you will find the exact tax amount (if applicable) on a separate line.
If you are unable to use our online transaction catalog, please verify your Internet browser. To view our website and place order, we recommend using the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome. Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be processed the same day, and on the next business day if placed after 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Credit card orders
Our online shopping allows you to use your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card to place an order just about anywhere in Canada. When using your credit card to place an order, you must provide you credit card billing address (if different from the shipping address) as well as phone numbers to reach you during the day and evening. If the billing address does not correspond to the one indicated with your financial institution, or if for any reason the transaction is not authorized, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice. It is impossible for us to resolve any issues arising with financial institutions. You must address any issues preventing your order from being processed yourself, then start over once everything is in order.
Payment on delivery (COD)
We do not offer a payment on deliver (COD) service. All orders must be payed for prior to shipping.
Institutional Purchase orders
Purchase orders for institutions (military, governmental, schools and universities) are not accepted through the website. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-463-8356 for further information concerning procedures for this type of order.
Credits to account
Any amount that must be credited to your account will be refunded as quickly as possible. We will refund amounts to the same credit card that was used to pay the order.
When using the online shopping service, it is unlikely that the available products are not delivered within the indicated delay. If a product is unavailable, you will receive an email notification and the unavailable product or products will be refunded directly to your credit card.

In order for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, we may have to send it in several packages. Shipping fees will be billed according to the price scale below. Purolator : Ground Delivery ranging from 1 to 6 business days

- (CAD$) Free shipping with any purchase of $99.00 or more.
FedEx express shipping: delivery on the next business day
- (CAD$) Flat rate: $30.50 no matter the value of the order
- Not available for the following Provinces : Quebec, Ontario, New-Foundland & Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon, North-West Territories.
