How to Measure: For the most accurate results, take measurements over your underwear or close-fitting apparel. Take the measurement twice to ensure accuracy. Use a flexible tape measure.

(1) Bust: Relax arms at your side. Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

(2) Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Then, stand straight and measure around your waist at this point. Keep the tape measure a bit loose.

(3) Hip: Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips, at the tope of your legs.

(4) Inseam: Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

(5) Body Length: Run a tape measure from the top of your shoulder, across your chest/belly, through your crotch and up your back to meet the starting point.

Warm & breathable outer layer for cold commutes

I have the Enerblock LT in the bright-neon color for dark, cold Vermont riding — and it is truly a great layer for that purpose. On days down to 20° I'll layer the Course Windpro longsleeve jersey under the Enerblock (and paired with the Course2 bibs), and be completely comfortable. I love the way the LT Enerblock fabric (that's the neon-yellow fabric) acts as a windbreaker and sheds water/snow, while the HeatMaxx (that's the black fabric) lets sweat escape through strategically placed panels across the back and under your arms. The Enerblock also has a kind of fleecy grid pattern that helps the jacket breathe from the inside while keeping the wind out on descents. Because the weather often changes during the day while I'm at work, I've tested this jacket on 25° mornings on my way to work, then ridden the same layers home in up to 50° weather; sure, it's a little warm, but doesn't turn you into a swampy mess on warmer return rides. In summary, this is a great outer layer to have in your closet for throwing on over a light jersey for 40° days, or over a heavier layer for some seriously cold winter temps.
