Fatbikes are fueled by adventure, fun and bacon (gluten-free tofu for vegans). Voluminous tires not only help flotation through the cold Canadian winters, but also provide unparalleled traction and shock absorption during summer trail riding. Our updated geometry was engineered to provide better handling and stability, amplified with a rounder tire profile for enhanced cornering abilities. We've also taken into account suspension fork swaps and suspension seat post routing so you get the most out of your ride. All the necessary racks and bottle mounts will appeal for outback adventure.

5 Customer Review(s)Had few fatbikes before (KHS 1000, Framed, Fatboy SE, Scott Big Jon). This is by far the best fatbike I owned. JJ tires are super fast rolling, has thru axles, tubeless ready rims, excellent paint, smooth rolling hubs, top direct mount crank. 24T ring is ok for winter riding only, but you need 30-34T ring for other seasons. Well done Garneau. Similar Specialized Fatboy is 35% more expencive.
Quality Price ValueWith a great drivetrain, strong brakes, comfortable cockpit and a super tire choice the Gros Louis 2 is a great value. Many other fat steeds running a 1x10 with 197 mm rear and 5" tires have a list price north of this beast. A great value. Quality Price ValueHello .. rented the GL-2 .. on a very COLD day -14 (windchill -26) .. took it out on a groomed trail .. the area has straits .. medium climbs and some decent .. THIS Fat bike RULES .. steady confident climber .. Dot braking (very progressive and precise) .. good cornering .. easy to ride .. I am sold on this unit for the quality versus price Quality Price Valuei just took out my wife's Gros Louis 2 for a rip. It blew my mind compared to my Trek. The specs are fantastic and the Schwable tires are insanely grippy and roll really fast. For that price its a knockout value. Handels like a carbon bike, feels like its race ready right out of the box. Stock stem is a little short, but other than that pretty perfect. A fantastic value at a reasonable price point I would highly recommend this bike. I rode a medium and it was good for me I'm 5'8" on a good day. Quality Price ValueThis bike is very well spec for the price.
It rides awesome and thru axle really makes the bike responsive.
Can't go wrong with the GL2.
