Merchandise Return 

Louis Garneau Sports accepts returns for products bought on our website for 30 days after the purchase date. Return transportation and handling fees will not be refunded.

When you receive your products, it is important to keep all the paperwork included with the order in case you need to return. Also keep all emails received during your order as they can provide important information. We are not able to accept exchanges at this time.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any return. You can request an RMA number online. Returns are allowed within thirty (30) days following the date of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition with their labels, which means they must not have been worn or used. Shoe, helmet, base layer and glasses boxes must be returned in another box to ensure the original packaging remains undamaged. If any of these conditions is not met, the return claim will be refused and the products will be sent back to you.

An RMA number is required for every return. You can get your RMA number online by following those steps:  go online at, go to your account, select order history and chose the right order. Then you must select the return tab and fill out the form with the products you wish to return. You can add commentary if necessary.

You must write the RMA number on the outside of the box in order for us to process the return.
You will see this number after you submit your return request online. It is the same as your original order number.

Refunds will be made directly to the card used to make the original purchase.
