For all refunds and exchanges, please follow the 5 steps below:
STEP 1: Fill out form above. The e-mail we will send you will contain a RA (Return Authorization number) number, this number is needed to complete the ARM section of the “return label” request on Canada Post. For a faster exchange, please ask for a refund when prompted and reorder a new item immediately.
STEP 2: Follow this link: Return label to get a free return label from Canada Post. Print label and put it on the outside of original packaging. Make sure to remove or hide original shipping label.
STEP 3: IMPORTANT. Also write outside the box or envelop the return number you received by e-mail from us.
STEP 4: Bring your package to the nearest post office.
STEP 5: A refund will be issued within 12-15 business days following reception or your package at our facilities (you will receive an email informing you that the credit has been applied).
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it, in as-new condition for a refund. However, to ensure you peace of mind with your holiday shopping, you have until January 18 2021 to return new merchandise for a refund. All returns must be unwashed and unworn and in original packaging or with original tags. Refunds will be issued promptly to original form of payment. For exchanges, please reorder new desired item.
When returning items to Louis Garneau, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from garneau.com. All products deemed unfit for a return will be mailed back to you at your own charge.
Note that all orders made with the ExpertVoice program are final sales. Only defective products can be exchanged.
Long-term warranties and manufacturer’s defects
If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing defect please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty.
Returned items that have been worn should be washed before return. Sending unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to you at your own charge.
