Why doesn’t my promo code work?
Promo codes are not valid towards Sale or Outlet items. An additional discount will not be granted on these items with a promo code. If you only have Sale or Outlet items in your cart and apply a promo code, it will be rejected.

If your promo code was created before October 29, 2018 and don't work, please contact our Customer service. Since that date, we have changed our transaction platform to better serve you and provide you with the best possible purchase experience.

Why can’t I login to the account I just created?
Previous to the first login, you need to confirm your account. To do so, you must click on the link in the email you received upon the creation of the account. Afterwards, you will be able to enter your account with the password you created. 

What are the shipping fees for online orders?
Standard shipping fee is 10. Complete details are available in the ordering and shipping section.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products and all items purchased on our website can be returned. Please refer to our returns policy.

What is the warranty policy for Garneau's products?
All Garneau products are covered by a one (1) year warranty. You can find all of the details for each product here.

Can I place an order over the phone?

For security reasons, we do not process orders over the phone. Our web transaction platform allows you to purchase directly from Garneau. Items available for sale will have an “Add to cart” button.

How can I modify or cancel an order I just placed?
You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. You will receive an email when the order is shipped. For any modifications, please contact Customer Service.

Are online promotions the same as in store? is independent from any in-store deals. Therefore, the promotions are not the same and the prices may differ.

I have a problem with something I bought, what can I do?
Our products carry a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. Claims must be addressed with the initial proof of purchase to an authorized Garneau dealer and be treated by the latter in compliance with the return and warranty policies set forth by Garneau. If you purchased the item directly from Garneau, you may contact Customer Service.

How are your items sized?
We offer a range of sizing to fit personal tastes and performance results. Please refer to the sizing charts link on the left for more information about specific products.  You can also consult the product reviews and see what other athletes are saying about fit.  If you are unsure, contact Customer Service and we'll gladly help you choose.

How do I take care of the products I purchased?
You should always read the care label of the product before washing it. You can find more information about how to care for your items in the product care section.

Why is there a warning label on the bicycle bag I have just purchased?
Warning labels were added to bicycle bags in order to meet Proposal 65 requirements for the state of California ( This law in force in California obliges manufacturers to display this label under certain conditions. This label does not signify that chemical products are necessarily found in these consumer goods; it only signifies that the chemical content was not confirmed. As the production of our bags is simultaneously done for the Canadian and American markets, this label is found on all products.

Garneau places a high importance to the quality of its products. Be assured that our products meet the standards in force in Canada and that they are safe. We understand, however, that certain consumers outside California may question themselves on the reasons of this label. We are presently evaluating solutions in order to eliminate these labels for our future productions.
