How to find your shoe size

Shoes - Standard Fit Women

Great performance without compromising comfort.

The Garneau Standard foot width fit is C. If your foot is larger than standard (D fit and over), we recommend choosing a half-size larger than the size suggested on the chart, or buying a shoe with the X-Comfort Zone Technology.

Follow the steps below to get the best fit:

Step 1 - How to measure your foot
Step 1 - Place your heel along a wall and place an object (wooden block, dictionnairy, etc.) against your longest toe. Measure both feet.

Step 2 - Measure the distance between the wall and the object. The longest measure is the size to use.

How To Install SPD Cleats
