Easy return, fast refund!
Returning products is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it, in as-new condition for a refund. All returns must be unwashed and unworn and in original packaging or with original tags. Refunds will be issued promptly to original form of payment.
When you receive your product, if you are uncertain about your purchase please keep it in its original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
When returning items to Louis Garneau, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Louis Garneau is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it makes although, from time-to-time, manufacturing defects can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing defect please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be washed before return; sending unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to you.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:
Follow these easy steps:
STEP 1: Request a return material authorization number (RMA mandatory).
STEP 2: Write your RMA number on the outside of your box.
STEP 3: Ship back your package to our headoffice (see the address bellow)
STEP 4: A refund will normally be issued within 3 to 5 business days following reception or your package at our facilities (you will receive an email informing you that the credit has been applied)
A return material authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns. No worries, it’s easy!
You can request your RMA number online as follows:
Login and visit your account page
Click on order history and select the appropriate order
Complete the web form to let us know which products you will be returning
If there is anything else you feel Louis Garneau should know please write your comments in the box reserved for that purpose.
You must write the RMA number on the outside of the box in order for us to process the return.
You will get this number after you submit your return request online.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE
If you wish for a different size or color of the same product at the same price, you can ask to exchange it if the product is still available on Garneau.com. We will send the new article as soon as we receive the item that does not fit.
To proceed with the exchange, simply contact our customer service at 1 800 463-8356 to make sure the product is available. We will hold the article for you until we receive your return. The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
Exchanges have to be for the same style, only like to like. If you want a new product, you must return and reorder.
For faster exchanges, just order the new item.

Returns are accepted online only for products purchased directly from garneau.com.
