If you haven't heard the acronym MVDH this year, you haven't been following cyclocross.

Michael van den Ham (MVDH) has been visiting the podium at some of the great races like the Gran Prix of Gloucester. He has worked his way through the cyclocross ranks, has represented Canada twice at the World Championships (Louisville in 2013 and Hoogerheide in 2014), won an under-23 National Championship (2013), earned a podium at the Elite National Championships (2014), and is currently the 2nd ranked rider in Canada.

Not a bad guy to get cycling tips from.

We caught up with Michael on the course of the Kingdom 'Cross to go over a few cx tips on cornering, off cambers, run ups and bunny hops that can help all riders from rookies to veterans.
