Garneau Groad Collection
Groad is the modern-day word for gravel roads, but we believe groad embodies a spirit of nostalgic rebellion from traditional ways. Our collection is founded on those principles. Features like an outer pocket on the thigh of bibs, vests with cutout backs, and attached bottle openers deviate from customary designs in cycling gear. So as you digress from the pavement, we offer a new breed of clothing that supports outdoor adventure.
The Holy Vest
The Holy Vest is the quintessential piece of gear you need for any ride. It quickly provides needed protection in the front but allows you to access your jersey pockets or show your race bib in the back. A thick silicone band at the hem keeps the vest in place.Get started
The Team Shield Jersey
Gravel in the spring means cold, wet, and mud. The Groad Teamshield Jersey offers protection against it all with wind/water resistant fabric that is ideal for light rain and average snow. Inside is this fleecey comfort to shelter you from the harsh weather. A drop tail picks up the slack from tossed up mud and crud. Designed to function on those backroad with two stretchable mesh cargo pockets for tools or nutrition, it is also prepared for your post-race or ride needs and stores an included bottle opener. The collar is high for added protection, but it has a section of stretchable fabric at the back of the neck for comfort. The YKK Zipper neatly houses itself in a zipper garage.Get Started
Designed in partnership with Rasputitsa
Rasputitsa earned its name from the Russian word for mud season. Rasputitsa seasons in wartime Russia were well known as a great defensive advantage. As a bike race, the Rasputitsa replicates illusions of wartime strategy with hints of both victory and defeat.
The Long Sleeve Jersey
We developed this jersey from rider feedback of those brave souls that rode the Rasputitsa Spring Classic. We knew riding gravel can wreak havoc on your cycling gear, caked mud and dirt are often trophies of epic rides. This long sleeve jersey differentiates itself with a mud and water barrier at the back where mud tends to stick. Technically, the fabric used at those areas is a 3-ply material with a polyurethane membrane, It's finish with a DWR treatment on the fabric's surface. The main body of the jersey is stretchy for freedom of movement. It has the standard three back pockets and an added mesh side pocket that houses an included bottle opener. Can you taste that recovery beer yet?Get started
The Grip Bib
Save the traditional cycling gear for the roadies, the Groad Bibs offer thigh pockets so you can ride in any jersey you like. And since these are custom bibs, you can print on those mesh pockets! These aren’t a casual piece, however. They still provide all the compression you need for those grinding miles.Get Started
