Placing orders and paying online
The online shopping service allows you to easily find and purchase the specific products you need. When you place an order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working for you to ensure a fast delivery. Our online shopping service accepts credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express or by PayPal.
The adequate tax rate will be applied to your order according to the state to which it will be shipped. The prices of products displayed on the site are prices before taxes. However, when checking out, you will find the exact tax amount (if applicable) on a separate line.
Please note that during major events such as: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc., it is possible that the treatment of online orders may be slightly affected. Thank you for your understanding.
Credit card orders
Our online shopping allows you to use your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card to place an order just about anywhere in the United-States. When using your credit card to place an order, you must provide you credit card billing address (if different from the shipping address) as well as phone numbers to reach you during the day and evening. If the billing address does not correspond to the one indicated with your financial institution, or if for any reason the transaction is not authorized, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice. It is impossible for us to resolve any issues arising with financial institutions. You must address any issues preventing your order from being processed yourself, then start over once everything is in order.
Payment on delivery (COD)
We do not offer a payment on deliver (COD) service. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
Institutional Purchase orders
Purchase orders for institutions (military, governmental, schools and universities) are not accepted through the website. Please contact our Customer Service at 1800-448-1984 for further information concerning procedures for this type of order.
Credits to account
Any amount that must be credited to your account will be refunded as quickly as possible. We will refund amounts to the same credit card that was used to pay the order.
As two different promotions can be held one after the other, no price adjustment will be made on previous orders. The indicated prices are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts on selected items are in effect while supplies last or until the end of the given promotion. Note that the promotions may vary between the Canadian, American and International websites.
Price and/or description modification
We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to notify you of any price error prior to billing. If you do not agree with changes due to pricing errors, we will cancel your order. Garneau reserves the right to limit quantities. We apologize for any inconvenience these conditions may cause.
When using the online shopping service, it is unlikely that the available products are not delivered within the indicated delay. If a product is unavailable, you will receive an email notification and the unavailable product or products will be refunded directly to your credit card.
Questions about orders or modifications
If you have recently placed an order via Garneau.com and need information about it or would like to change it, please contact our customer service department. We will verify if we can make a change, please note that modifications are usually not possible.
Please note that Louis Garneau USA does not ship to the following territories:
American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marchall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands.
APO and FPO Addresses:
When you request orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship via US parcel post.
