How to take your measurements

For the most accurate results, take measurements over your underwear or close-fitting apparel. Take the measurement twice to ensure accuracy. Use a flexible tape measurer.

How to measure each part of your body
Measurements all around
  1. Chest: Relax arms at your side. Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
  2. Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Then, stand straight and measure around your waist at this point. Keep the tape measurer a bit loose.
  3. Hip: Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips, at the top of your legs.
  4. Inseam: Wearing pants that fit tight, measure the crotch seam to the floor.

Fit

It is important to check the fit of the jersey you wish to purchase. This information can be found in the Technical Details section of each product page, under the Fit Tech heading.

Slim Fit: Close-fitting garment designed to provide aerodynamics in a cycling position. For a less compressive feel on the body, upsize.

Standard Fit: Garment that provides a close to the body fit without compressing.

Relaxed Fit: Roomier fit that provides a casual look and good range of movement.
