Transfo 3d Insole

These were very good for the sale price, there isn't much for heel cup so 4/5 stars. The insole is soft and I am using it in my shoes when not in my cycling shoes. If you need new cycling insoles and these are on sale they are a good choice. Personally I find the shape to still be a bit flat with just a bump where the pads go for arch support, so if that is what you are looking for these will work great.
