The Variant pants keep the elements out and the heat in.  They’ve been designed with a strategic combination of insulating materials: A lightweight Dexfil 40g insulation filling along with a brushed mesh layer (doubled at the buttocks) is paired with a thermoregulation layer to retain the perfect amount of heat for cold weather activity and sport. The elastic waistband has belt loops and a zip fly designed with a snap and hook closure for a secure, comfortable fit.  Features like ankle zippers and oversized cuffs accommodate a variety of boot shapes and sizes.
